Project Details
Due to a fire that broke out in a ground floor flat, all 6 flats were affected by fire and smoke damage. Range were called out once the building was made safe to clear all belongings and affected materials. Once the building was cleared out Range was invited to quote to refurbish the entire block enabling the tenants to move back in.
After being successful with the tender process we completed the following works within budget and within the deadlines given.
- Full rip out
- Latex smoke damage clean up to all communal areas and individual flats
- Supply and fit new UPVC windows
- Full refurbishment to ground floor flat
- Supply and fit new kitchen and bathrooms where required
- New flooring throughout
- Full redecoration throughout
- Supply and fit new ground floor cage
- Full clean throughout
